It’s been three weeks since the beta release of RFQ, and we’ve appreciated all the feedback we’ve received so far. Good or bad, the feedback that our users have given us has been invaluable.

Since launch, we’ve released over 20 new features, fixed a handful of bugs, and made some incredible usability improvements on our way to bring RFQ to full release.

Let's walk through some of the highlights over the past few weeks and take a look at what we've delivered.

Start an RFQ from a Document

Oftentimes, you just want to get a fresh copy of an old quote. Rather than copy paste or retype the line items, you can now simply upload the old quote and leave the rest to us. Our AI model reads through the quote, pulls out the line items, and generates an RFQ for you. Pretty cool!

Automatically Find Vendors

Our database of 150,000+ vendors (and growing!) offers a ton of value when you need to find a new supplier. Rather than have to manually search, though, you can now let our vendor discovery indexing algorithm automatically and confidently find vendors that are likely to be a good match for your RFQ. That's one less open tab in your browser - big win!

RFQ on Mobile

After seeing many of our users engaging with our RFQ tool on mobile, we wanted to make the whole experience better for them. After intricately identifying every pain point along the way - we made massive improvements to the mobile experience. Give it a try on your phone and let us know what you think!

Broadcast Messages

A nice quality of life improvement - rather than individually emailing every vendor on an RFQ, you can now just send a broadcast message to all of them at once. No more BCC or individual emails when the requirements change.

Attaching Files

When replying to a vendor response in your inbox, you can now attach files (like STEPs, PDFs, and Excel) directly to your reply.
