Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We don't share your vendor list or non-public vendor profile data with anyone else, and we don't use it to train AI models. Nor do we share any quote information with anyone outside of your team and the vendors you’ve added.
How do I add my existing vendor network to the RFQ tools?
While we've indexed thousands of vendors, but we know there are many more out there. Adding a vendor is simple: just enter their email address during RFQ configuration. If you need to add multiple vendors at once, bulk importing is available on our Professional plan.
Do vendors need to register or use any special software?
Nope, vendors simply need to respond to the RFQs sent to them via email. There is no requirement for them to register or use any specific software.
Will this blow up my inbox?
No, all of our communication comes from a purchaser created email. You can view all the emails and attachments from all vendors under the threads tab.
