The Role
We’re seeking a versatile Software Engineer with strong experience across machine learning, AI systems, and data engineering to help build and scale core parts of our platform. You’ll work at the intersection of applied ML, system architecture, and production-grade data pipelines—contributing directly to features that improve vendor matching, quote optimization, product search, and intelligent recommendations.
What You’ll Do
Design and deploy machine learning models to power core product features (e.g., vendor scoring, product categorization, quote comparison)
Build and maintain scalable, real-time data pipelines and model-serving infrastructureCollaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to identify high-leverage AI applications
Own experimentation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of ML/AI features in production
Ensure model performance, reliability, and ethical use of data
What We’re Looking For
3–6+ years experience in software engineering with a strong ML/AI or data background
Proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, XGBoost, Hugging Face)
Hands-on experience with building and deploying ML models into production environments
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and systems design
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, etc.)
Familiarity with search/ranking, embeddings, NLP, or recommendation systems is a plus

Base Salary: $175,000
