Broadcast a Message

Need to update all your vendors about an RFQ change? Our Broadcast Message feature lets you email all contacts on your RFQ at once with new requirements or updates, without having to track down every individual email thread.

Your message will be added to each individual vendor's email thread, ensuring all communication is centralized. You can then manage any responses within those respective threads, keeping your RFQ organized.


How to Broadcast a Message

  1. Navigate to your RFQs.
  2. Select the RFQ you want to broadcast a message in.
  3. Select Broadcast Message in the right panel.
  4. Compose your message. Keep in mind that this message will be sent to all contacts on your RFQ, so keep the content general.
  5. Select Send to send your message to all your vendors.
  6. Navigate to the Inbox tab. You'll see your message now appears in every thread for this RFQ.
