Broadcast a Message

Use the broadcast action to send a message or update to all the contacts in a single RFQ. Your message will appear in each existing thread.

Step 1: On the Summary view of a sent RFQ, click Broadcast Message.

Step 2: Craft and send your message.

Step 3: Notice that your broadcast message appears in each thread.
